I've worked in technology leadership search since 2004. I started Laudale because I wanted to operate the way I believed a search firm should — where the client's interest comes first, where the work is done without shortcuts, and where trust is earned by being consistently dependable.
The most satisfying moments are when a client reaches out not with a brief, but for counsel — a sounding board, a perspective, a trusted view on something they're working through. When a leader reflects years later that a move changed the direction of their career; when the relationship outlasts the search by a long way.
I'm based in Cheshire, ten miles south of Manchester. Most of my work is across Northern England, though I take a small number of searches nationally each year and — less frequently — internationally.
